Evidence supersession is duplicated, cyclic, or identity-incompatible.
What failed
A successor referenced itself, repeated a predecessor, formed a cycle, or targeted evidence from another subject or role.
Retryability
Not retryable. The supersession set must be corrected.
Diagnostics do not expose the prior evidence graph.
Fix
Supersede unique earlier refs for the same subject and role. Keep unrelated or contradictory claims active instead of using timestamps as replacement order.
