What failed
The execution, artifact, or reserved effect-receipt reference is malformed or cannot be projected safely.
Retryability
Not retryable. The reference must be corrected.
The diagnostic never echoes raw resource IDs or paths.
Fix
Use exact Crux-issued execution, artifact, and effect-receipt identities. Keep
the receipt returned by an effect definition's .run() method instead of
constructing or editing the reference.
